Don't take this article for face value. There's some that's right here, a lot that's wrong. Lots of speculation, extrapolation and assumption that the writer is trying to pawn off as Derek Snyder's words, but they are not.

Why would they begin on 8 if 7 isnt out? How can they test for things they have no feedback for?

Out of the box, yeah WM isn't that great to me. But once I set it up, I pretty much eliminated all those problems.

I disagreed about a few things as well such as the phone aspect. Calling on WM standard with a QWERTY is about the easiest/best dialling system I have used.
