I just enabled bluetooth, and left my phone's screen off (didn't turn the phone off) for quite a while.

Now a green and blue light keeps flashing, and I turn on the power button to turn on the screen, and it won't turn on

I need help, please help me fast, I just got this phone today!

Try pressing the power button for several seconds to initiate a power down. If that fails, try taking the battery out, leaving it for a minute, then putting the battery back in and turning it on.

How do I turn the bluetooth off? I can't find the option.

Use the TouchFlo cube, go to Comm Manager, the Bluetooth button is there.

Thanks a lot!

I have installed ActiveSync with the CD, and I can now view my files. How do I add music and videos and stuff?

Also how do I view the pictures I took? Cause it only shows 2 pictures (Flower.jpg and waterfall.jpg)

If you want to view the photos on the phone itself, press on the play button on the bottom left corner of the screen while in camera mode (if screen is blank, tap on it once).

In ActiveSync, click on the "Explore" folder to go into file explorer. You should be able tos sort out where to put your files/media in there. If you have a storage card, you'll see it once you click on the phone icon labelled "My Windows Mobile-Based Device".
