My rokr up and died on me...shut off, and now it sits at the motorola start up screen...

Called alltel, theyre going to send me a new one. But is there anyway that I can flash it back to life?

Never done this before, a link to some software/instructions would be badass. =)

Probably try downloading an alltel MP from www.humpa.com/vzw

Then flash your phone using Rsd lite.

thanks. But i cant get rsd lite to recognize my phone.

Tried holding down the * and # keys to put it into bootloader mode, as the wiki said...but then it just starts flashing a blue screen on and off. it never actually gets there...*sigh

Nothing shows up in rsd saying it even recognizes my phone. =|
