Just curious how business is in your market. Our market, like many others, has been hampered by horrible weather the last week. Though our business is steady it does seem a bit softer than last year.

How's the holiday business in your market?

its been ok here.
as far as matching last year, up until probably 2 days ago, we were way behind. Everyday, lower totals then last year same date. but for the past few days its been crazy here, tons of activations. fun times over at at&t for sure. haha

We(VZW) are ahead in our area, but the rest of the region is down YOY big time. Forget our sales quota, we're just trying to be positive YOY. You guys are killing us with the iPhone.

The weekends have been slower than church music. Overall, our store is doing fairly well in all metrics, but not what I would expect it to be this time of year. I've been assured the final week before Christmas it definitely picks up. I've got some small business deals I'm working to close this week, so it'll be a good month for me.

The 50% off phone sale would probably be more attractive if it wasn't the Samsung phone line-up (at least for our area-EDGE network(we're in a non-3G area); rural living people (not a metro location)), and instead a different brand, such as Motorola.

Not near as slammed as I expected it to be, but very stead. I'm tracking for right around 120 ops and thats alot for this area of the market and for a low tier store.
