Tilt won't turn on!

I went to select my main ringtone for my phone and the phone just made a weird noise and just turned off my phone. I charged it overnight and the battery is 100%. I tried taking the battery out and put it back on. Then I turned on the power button but its not doing anything!! I only have this phone a week and a half. Is there any other way to fix this situation or should I get a new one? I think I am still on the 14 day trial.

call at&t and tell them what happend. i am sure they cant reject you just becuase you tried changing your ringtone...

this is a problem i've seen in some tilts, go get it exchanged while you can...

yeah the guy said i prolly DROPPED my fone which i dont. i carry this dang on fone like it's my baby. but i got a new tilt. hopefully there's no problem with this one. i heard a lotta people go through like 3-5 tilts to get a good one. i hope that's not going to be me! thanks guys for replying back!
