Dash alarm wont shut off...

my 'ol lady has my old dash and the alarm, regardless of being "off" in that menu, still goes off at 9:30, 10, and 10:30 every morning.

i told her to hit the menu button when it goes off and select "disable", but they still go off every morning.

anybody ever have that problem? i know i never did, but i honestly only used alarms through the calendar program...

any idea how to fix it?

...i'd actually look at it for her, but she's currently 3 hours away from me and i wont see her till christmas weekend, i'm just trying to help her with it over the phone and get it to work properly. i tried searching and came up with nothing, outside of the endless tips and tricks thread...i made it through 11 pages searching and gave up. i honestly dont have that kind of time on my hands.

it's still on WM5, if that makes a difference.

any help is appreciated. thanks guys.

I had the same problem, it was really annoying. Forgot how I fixed it but now I just use SPB Time which is much better.
