The search functions not working so I can't look if this has been discussed. I'm just wondering if these phone, TyTN, Hermes, X01HT, are the same phones but different names where given in each area they were sold? Same specs? Just curious because I have the X01HT and see on ebay that the phones of these phones vary but look similar and have similar specs.

HTC Hermes (maybe also unbranded? or maybe US branded, not sure)
Roger tytn (canada)
Softbank X01HT (japan branded)
Dopod 838 Pro (Dopod is sub-company of HTC distributing in Asia)
All the same model
it's just like HTC tytn 2 and AT&T tilt, same phone
