SEUS's cache location?

Anyone knows where SEUS stores the firmware file it downloaded when updating the phone? I want to clear the cache before doing an update again. I mean, I want to make sure SEUS download a fresh copy of the firmware file. I noticed that, during the first time I do the update, it will take some time to download the firmware file. Then when I tried to reflash/reupdate the phone again, I notice the download time is almost none, so I assume it is using a file stored in cache. Yes I know I already have the latest firmware flashed, but I'm doing some tests on the phone and I want to reflash it.

Thanks.

Never heard about that possibility.
Don't you think this zero-time is due is checking your firmware, so it founds is the same, so no reason to send you anything?
Could be right?

The zero-time is actually to check online if there is a newer version, and there isn't any newer version, so if I click "Continue anyway...", it will flash the phone with a firmware that was downloaded during last time.
