Is there a piece of software that can do this?
The features I'm looking for would be similar to Missing Sync, but for windows:

(I'm especially interested if there is a piece of software to automatically sync my voice recordings)

umm, you need backup software then for your phone. SPB Backup will either backup to an FTP server or backup to your PC or your Storage card.
