AT&T Tilt - Internet Does Not Work Often? Help!

Hey there,

I got my AT&T Tilt not too long ago and have been using Dutty's ROM's - just flashed it to his new ROM the other day (Hybrid TouchFlo No. 7 RTM) however that's not the problem.

When I try and use Internet Explorer - 50% of the time it WON'T load any webpage and will just give me a blank screen. Am I supposed to change the settings? Why does it work sometimes?

Some stupid questions

1) How is signal strength?

2) What happens with the original AT&T ROM?

Signal strength is great and around home I'm typically on 3g but sometimes it will drop me onto the Edge network. The AT&T ROM I think it worked fine? Maybe I should flash back?
