I just put the jailbreakr software on my iphone.
installed a couple apps on the 1.1.1
it would not let me call out cuz it said it was waiting for activation
i waited and waited nothing i even went upstairs to see if i had a signal.. nope nothing still.
so i updated to 1.1.2 when i booted itunes up
after it was all done with the process the phone was back to normal but 1 thing.. it took off jailbreaker
what did i do wrong

ok i just clicked the app installler when i did the activation thingy and put the pref and the jailbreakme.com thingy in the contacts
when i clicked on install it sent me to the emergency call function where i have to do the
call 0
accept 0
hold 1
decline 1

ive been trying to let it activate but nothing is activating
what should i do

If the jailbreakme.com based guides aren't plain enough for you to follow -- seek out the youtube videos that will walk you through it visually.

...assuming of course you restored back down to 1.1.1 firmware from 1.1.2; jailbreakme.com doesn't work on 1.1.2

ok here is the problem im having now....
im at step 5 at the very bottom of that tutorial
i had the installer on my iphone
i went to the okoprep or what ever u call it installed it
it tells u to go back into itunes after u install it
i did that
now i clicked the update to 1.1.2 from 1.1.1 i waited for the update to finish and it takes the installer right off my iphone im like wtf
so i went to the jailbreak software i just downloaded from the tutorial
clicked open and clicked on install ssh or what ever it is
the password is alpine or what ever
i leave it at that i never touched it
when i click jailbreak it says please connect the iphone and try again from a reboot on the pc
im stuck at this process what do i do

is there a jailbreakme.com or another site i can goto on 1.1.2 just like i did on 1.1.1?
i need the installer
