Does anyone know if the SCP 8100 will work on other networks? I live in Canada, and as a Telus subscriber, and we get **** phones on CDMA.
What would I need to use a SCP 8100 on Telus? Just an unlock code? or is this an impossibility?

Short answer: It's really hard to do, and the phone still won't work right even if you get it to work.
Long answer: After some serious dealing with Telus customer service (and overcoming various firmware and PRL issues), some people have gotten Sprint phones to work on Telus. That doesn't mean that it's still possible; things may have changed since then. Another thing to remember is that the only way to get pictures off of the 8100 (and 5300) is to upload them over Vision. Since the Vision upload feature almost certainly won't work on Telus, there would be no way to get pics off of your phone, even if you could get it to be activate for voice on Telus.
I hope that helps.

martianviking is right...
It's not even worth the time. Those vision phones are pretty specific about how the pictures can get off of the phone, and the whole phone is fairly dependent on vision to get the full use out of it.
Sorry buddy.

the data cable is the same as 5300... so you might be able to upload images and midi to you phone... so I think that you don't need to upload these file by vision.
