V3 Razr won't bootload?

I'm having trouble trying to get the RAZR V3 to go into bootloader mode. I've held down the * # and power button, but for some reason the phone just won't power on. Is there something I can do to fix this? Is there another way to put the phone into bootloader mode?

some of the programming programs can put it in bootloader. Sometimes if you push the *# and then push the pwr briefly that works most of the time.

If you can't, I know MultiFlashFlex puts it into boot loader for you, also M-Flash does too.

Try downgrading the bootloader or using rsd lite to get it into boot mode
