Hi Guys! I am a long time lurker of these forums, and just recently started actively posting in them. I have to say, you guys have been a ton of help when I have made cell phone purchases and plan choices in the past.

I recently signed up with T-Mobile, but really wanted an iPhone, partly because I don't have an iPod at the moment, and partly because I miss my Blackjack and it's internet functionality.

I bought an 8GB that was listed as ~3-4 months old, and was sworn that it was 1.1.1. I assume that this phone should be fully unlockable and usable with T-Mo, but I guess I'll know for sure as of later in the week. From what I understand, even though the phone has been activated for AT&T, I can still jailbreak it and anysim it. I am signing up for the 5.99 a month plan for internet, and think I understand how to make that work based on the posts that you all have made about it.

Was wondering really if there are any T-Mobile iPhone users out there that wouldn't mind the occasional PM or forum question directed at them, because I consider myself a relative amateur when it comes to things like this.

Anyways, thanks y'all for all the help you've provided in these forums, and I look forward to being an active contributor in the future.
