hi everyone,
my friend in NJ just bought iphone from Newport Mall in New Jersey. It near the newport station.
There is some att store there, and they have week 42 phones. Also they didnt force him to sign contract also.
so guys..........try ur luck

Just because one store has some pre-Week 44 iPhones in stock doesn't mean anyone else does. 
Trust me, there's none in the Tampa area. I know, I've been looking.
