6300 trouble

I own a nokia 6300 with a 128mb memory card. When i download games or themes they are saved into my received file folder. I then try to move them to my memory card but it says operation failed yet it only has 5.0mb filled. This happens on all occasions so i can't fill have any big files on my phone like music, games or themes. i download games and themes from places like www.22ownskin.co.uk, www.mobilerated.com, www.mobilepark.eu etc. Please can anyone help me and give me a solution to puttin them in my memory card instead of storing them on the phone. Thanks it will be a real help.
