My iPhone Just Did Something Crazy

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

I was playing with Customize and then iSwitcher and I told iSwitcher to reset my icons. Then the phone restarted and my phone said that it was now an iPod. I had iPod as the carrier logo. All of my icons are gone and when I double click the Home button to go to the iPod, none of my movies are there. I can still receive calls, but nothing else seems to be working. There are no icons, so I'm pretty much screwed. Also, when I got into the menu by losing reception, I saw an iPod Touch menu...3 icons. I'll restore and then let everyone know what developments come about. BTW, has anyone ever heard of anything like this?

Sure, it's a well known and documented issue that happens when you mess up the M68AP.plist

You don't need to restore to fix it, BTW.

All you have to do is upload a new and correct M68AP.plist. All should go back to normal after you do.

I've posted about this a few days back so here's the link to that post.

Good Luck
