Flashing a Motorola Q

Is this possible and if so how do i do it? If someone would take the time to thoroughly explain how to I would really appreciate it. I am very new at this keep in mind but very computer savey.

Alright. First, what you want to do is obtain a flash file. You can obtain them at cpfxwireless.com, or just Google "Motorola Q Firmware". Then, download RSD Lite. Should be on cpfx also. Finally, make sure you have the cable, and that you can find Motorola USB Modem in your Device Manager (this is written for Windows, btw). Plug it in, load the flash file into RSD, and click start. Should go alright! Just make sure you get the right file. If it is a CDMA (Alltel, Verizon, Telus, etc.), don't get a GSM (Cingular, T-Mobile), or PCS (Sprint) flash. Easiest way to brick a phone.
