Not much more so than my piggy 5350, but noticeable and this was an issue since I have found the perfect horizontal belt case , and I hate to lose it. Guy at RS said that he has not seen one Sanyo return yet, and that everybody is really happy with the phone. Quality seemed much better than LG and just seemed more solidly built. the LG is kind of flimsy IMO. The only thing that keeps me from buying one is the camera, which I still think is the ultimate foo-foo gadget on a cell phone. If the phone offered Bluetooth, that would be cool, but I may never even use the camera so it may be a moot point. I will probably end up with one for the cool factor alone though... |

LGs are cheaply made, and have numerous problems & poor reception. The 5350 is Sprint's version of the Verizon's VX4400, which I had. I disliked it so much, it was one of the worst cell phone I ever used. I just picked up my 8100 yesterday and it is simply awesome, even without the camera it still would be awesome.

!! MUCH better quality construction than my 5350, better sound quality, reception (so far...) and feels much better in my hand. Only real problem is the thickness. A little thicker than my LG was which will probably necessitate the use of another type of case than I was using
, and that I had grown to like so much.
