hey guys, i saw that site to revirginize the iphone for 1.02, i installed installer and installed BSD Subsystem, Virginize Scripts and anysim. I cant find Term-VT100 on it and thats what you need to virginize your phone, where can i get this app? also, where can i DL the 1.1.1 firmware?

You need to install 'Community Sources' before you will see OpenSSH or Term-VT100

Thanks, i got it, so after im done revirginizing my phone, can i just upgrade straight to 1.1.1 and just unlock it with anysim?

nope, you'll have to jailbreak it again, which begs the question of 'why you installed all this stuff on 1.0.2 before going up to 1.1.1, where you will lose everything?'

I say install Oktoprep, and go up to 1.1.2 and jailbreak...

Then, put the phone into airplane mode, and then unlock it with anySIM 1.2.1u

That's just my opinion though.

Not really, but from where you are right now, it's not that hard. It goes something like this:

1) Install Oktoprep (while in 1.0.2)
2) UPGRADE (NOT restore) to 1.1.2
3) Jailbreak using conceited software's 1.1.2 jailbreak utility (http://conceitedsoftware.com/iphone/site/112jb.html)
4) Install anySIM 1.2.1u
5) Enable "AIRPLANE MODE"!!! **MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS!!!**
6) Run anySIM 1.2.1u, reboot and disable airplane mode...

By the way, after you finish the revirginizing process, it is important that you put the phone into DFU mode and RESTORE to 1.0.2 - This will re-jail and deactivate your phone, and you'll have to jailbreak it again to run Oktoprep - It's a few extra steps, but it will help you avoid some weird problems that you may encounter if you don't DFU restore...

wats DFU mode and how do i get into that mode to restore 1.0.2?

1) With the phone on, connect it to your computer and you'll hear the USB connect sound on Windows.
2) Hold both the home button (round button at the front) and the sleep button (long button at the top) down
3) After a few seconds, the screen will blank. When you hear the USB disconnect from Windows, let go of the sleep button, but keep on holding the Home button
4) After another few seconds (10 - 15), you'll hear the USB reconnect, but the phone's screen will be blank. Let go of the Home button.

You are now in DFU mode. Run iTunes, and it will detect that your phone is in restore mode.

If there is anything on the screen, you've done it incorrectly and should start over with the phone on. Your phone should look like it's off up until you start the restore process.
