Flashing/Backup of KRZR

I have 2 KRZR K1. I am returning both, however I need to revert one of them to the original flash/flex that came from the seller. I created a backup/flash .shx file of the original phone using F&B 3.07, however when I attempt to flash it to the other phone I get a ph sig 35:02: error and it is stuck at bootloader screen. However, when I flash the phone with a MP from online i.e. InsecureSpike or DMATTSteph it works fine. Any ideas? Thanks!
