I tried everything and it would not find the maps, I installed it the same way I did on my dell X51V and I never had any problems with it for some reason it won't see the maps on the touch. Anyone?

You need to go to Settings - Connections - Bluetooth - FTP - Uncheck 'Enable Bluetooth Explorer'

where are you putting your maps?

i had that same problem when I put maps on the onboard memory, but once I put it on the memory card it found them

can someone help me out here:

1) I selected install tomtom on SD card but the program is showing on the main memory
2) Even though the program was installed on the main memory, there is a folder for tomtom on the SD card, so I put the maps there but still it won't recognize the maps.

This software works with my Dell x51v which is running on WM5, can anyone help me to get it working on my touch.

the program itself can be installed on the main memory.. the maps should be loaded onto the SD card's root directory...

Do you still have the default map (Guam) on your SD card? If it isn't there, you have to uninstall an re-install everything. After I did htat, I could install the new maps and delete the Guam maps. On my SD card, the maps are located in my TomTom6 folder in a subfolder called USA_and_Canada.
