Unbranding oddity help

I'm doing the unbranding that was described by Keiri and all works fine except the file AT&T.tcf in "a" directory keeps coming back and even tho the splash_att_pwrup_240x320.gif is removed it'll still show up when powering on the phone.
Anybody got any ideas thanks.
