Can I turn that "beep" off?

I am moving from a WM6 PDA to WM6 smartphone. The transition is not as difficult as I thought it was going to be. After 10 minutes, I was not looking for a stylus
I have the T-Mobile Shadow (a.k.a. HTC Juno). One thing I would like to do -if possible- is to turn off the "beep" right after you dial a number. Of course there is no setting in WM6 for this. I saw that SKTools had an option for this, so I downloaded the trial (fully functional) version and checked that box, did a soft-reset, but it was still there.
Is there any way to hack this "feature"?
Thanks in advance!

you may have found the answer but this may be helpful to other people.
this was taken from another member in the forum.:
......*** Get rid of the beep at the beginning of each outgoing call: make a .wav file that is about 2 seconds of no sound. then put that in the windows folder on the phone and name it CallStart.wav or if you want a sound to play, like a fart like i have use that instead. (note: made a 1 second silent beep, original is backed up)......
