Okay, So I looked online, on this site and like maybe like 10 others and im sooo confused and my connection here is horribly slow, that i could shoot myself (traveling in India for work)

Anyways

so I gave my phone to someone here to unlock, it was originally a 1.0.2, then I updated to a 1.1.1 then to a 1.1.2

Now I got it back and it is a 1.0.2 with a modem firmware of 03.14.08_G

however I cannot access any internet, when I do it says Edge not activated not connected

I tried to use the Installer.app to install like NES and etc, and it wasnt working, I did a reinstall of the installer and now atleast that works....but still I can't access internet, and certain things just are not working....

Can please someone help me, im somewhat computer savvy, so I understand this and that....but im sooo confused to why its not working........

Also is there a way to just update from 1.0.2 to 1.1.1 cuz if I did that, would it be better?

PLEASE ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME...

Okay now its even more messed up....i got a message...iPhone needs Repair, and then there is no wifi....PLEASE help! Now I am completly screwed!
