If you have a need for the features of the Wing WM, WM Office etc NO
If you want a clamshell phone and don't mind the Moto UI YES

My GF has a RAZR 2 and I have to borrow it whenever I've been using my touch for more than 1 hour and I have only 30% battery left and it has to last me the rest of the day 
**Assuming the Wing has similar battery life
