Newbie Question about Ringers

I just got the Motorola ic902 phone and I would like to download my own ringers. I saw a downloadable version of Microsoft Tools on ebay...would this be a good one to use? I still need to buy the USB cable. I have heard its tricky to put ringers on this phone but I can't stand the original ones. I'm the one that has a different ringer for everyone. Is this the best and only program to use???
