How do I get the security or unlock code for my E815?

I got a Motorola E815 from a friend. It's a Verizon phone, and I have it working on the network. It still has all the old data though, the contacts and all. There seems to be two things I can do, a "Master Clear" and a "Master Reset." It wants a security code for those though, and I don't have it. There also seems to be an "Unlock code" for the keypad I guess.

Is there anything I can do? I don't have many calls or contacts yet so it wouldn't hurt to re-enter them. It would be tedious to delete everything one by one.

Ask your friend if he has changed it. If not, then the defaults should work. It's either 00000 or 12345.

Unfortunately those didn't work.

the default spc codes for motorolas are either 000000 or 123456. the default unlock codes are either 1234 or the last 4 digits of the phone number (your friend's).
