Well the screen on my tilt aka Kaiser broke lastnight. It is cracked across the screen and you can just see colors when it is turned on. I have only had it 5 days. I have been looking at screens and found some on ebay and they are $99 with shipping. Is there any way to find them cheaper? Is is hard to install it? Any more info I need? Thanks You

hey, sorry about what happened, i cant really tell u if its easy or hard, i've never done it, but you can order it here http://cnn.cn/shop/8925-tilt-kaiser-c-277_448.html for 79 and then i'd take it down to a local cell repair shop. it'd be chepaer than going through htc or atnt

alright, thanks for finding that. I have no idea if there are any cell phone repair shops around me or how to find them but ill check it out. thanks

The above video shows how to replace the screen on a Cingular 8525. Maybe it will be similar to the Tilt. Just a thought, in case you can't find a cellphone repair shop around you or if AT&T turns out to be too expensive.

Just watched the video and it looks very complicated. And maybe the Tilt will be even more complicated with the tilting mechanism. I wouldn't try doing it myself.

I just opened up the phone and took off the screen and it was very simple. Just one plug connecting to the screen and had to take one off connecting the sim card. I am about to order the new screen and get it soon hopefully. Thanks for all the help
