activation for lg 200 disney

hi i am new to this and hope i am posting in the right place but i am in a pickle
i bought a brand new in the box disney lg200 cell phone they said it is unbranded and that i could activate with any cdma carrier so i took it to my carrier alltel and she said they could activate it but they need the activation codes to put in for this phone but i donot know where to get the information to be able to use this phone with alltel any help and info would greatly be appreciated
