hey guys i need help sending to my infrared.
i just bought this device..

i know i need to enable something in windows.. when i try to send through my phone it says no devices found. What steps do i take in trying to activate infrared on my computer.

First do you have any drivers installed for the transmitter?
and what version of windows?
