wi-fi problem with tilt

I try to go wi-fi but, it won't connect. It says signal is strong(I'm a foot from my router). But all it says for the last 5 minutes is connecting. I had a 8125 and it never took this long to connect. It shows the name of the network but, never gets a IP and conects. Am I missing something? Thanks

I assume that you have configured the device matching your old device's configuration, right? I also assume that the router is unchanged since the old device accessed it. From the what you have stated, the following may be a factor;
- Security settings; are they on? "maybe the settings are matched"
- MAC Address; is it enabled? "if so, have you added the new device's MAC"
