Here I'm, I can't send or receive SMS.I changed sim card to other one and tried another feeder same problem.Im using vodafone.

i have formatted it , same problem.
i changed sim card to other provider , same problem.

Stop whining!!!
Check if the number in the "Message Centre" is correct! It also cannot be left blank either! If the "Message Centre" number is incorrect or left blank, u cannot send or receive any message!
Messaging>Messaging Settings>SMS Settings>Message Centre

Hi m3touk_85,

As "electric" said the issue maybe related to your message centre number. Vodafone's message centre number is +447785016005, this needs to be correct in order for you to send and receive SMS.

Where you need to enter the message centre number will depend on the make and model of your phone. If you still have the device user guide it will explain where to enter the number, if you don't the manuals are usually available to download on the manufacturers websites.

If the message centre number is correct and you are still unable to use SMS please call our customer services on 08700 700 191 or 191 from your mobile. An agent can check your account to make sure there are no problems.

Hi techgirl, looking at his/her profile, he/she is from Egypt. The message centre number u provide is for Vodafone United Kingdom (+44) which is not applicable to him/her, whereas Egypt's int'l calling code starts with +20. Correct me if i'm wrong.

yes i'm in egypt and im male.

i did change the message center number and nothing happen , i tried another feeder , same thing

number is incorrect or left blank

what do u mean by it exactly , i will show u some pix of my phone

Call your provider and ask what the SMS message centre's number is and put it in there how they tell you. Or check a friend's phone for the number. Usually this number is provided by the sim card automatically.

thanks all for helping,

i have called customer helpdesk ,finaly he told me that the problem in your mobile.

i have changed to japan firmware,UK and another language ( didnt know what is it ), for test same problem.

after all i bought another sim card and get my backup phone ( nokia 3310 ) to send msg , seconds for calling.
