Flashing V9M from Sprint to Alltel

Hello everyone,
I am kind of new to this, so if this has been asked before, I apologize. I was needing to flash a Sprint Razr V9M to Alltel service. I have never flashed a phone and was wondering if anyone had a link to a guide to do it.
