Hi guys,

I have recently purchased a Sprint HTC Mogul 6800 on ebay, so this PPC is pretty new to me. I want to know if there's anyway to change the phone settings to Bell or Fido with this phone I have (I am located in Toronto, Canada).

I thought by unlocking and reflashing a new ROM on the phone will solve by problem I have, but seems like this is not working...

FYI, the phone currently has the previous owner information right now, I don't know what to do anymore... =(

Any suggestions?

you cannot unlock a CDMA phone, You can only reprogram to either bell or Telus.

It will not work on Fido as they are GSm provider and their net does not handle CDMA phones.

Is there anyway I can reprogram the phone to my brother's Bell wireless number?

Not eithout the help of bell. Bell must activate that NAM to work. NAM must be registered with the provider for the phone to work unlike GSM phones. CDMA phones are locked to a provider and a single number. I do not know if your brother account can support 2 different phones under the same plan.
