Wanted to know what video files accept Iphone, i sync the iphone and some how it doesn't read my video files on my computer

You need the files to be in MP4 format. You need some software to convert your files to mp4. Just search and download some freeware for this. Also you may have problems with iTunes using Windows Vista Operating System, as in iTunes won't accept the video files sometimes. Use XP for this if Vista gives you trouble.
