Hi,

A couple of weeks ago I was able to tether my Q9 using Internet connection sharing but I cannot do it now. I can connect but never get an IP address.

I tried a Black Jack and I can use Internet Connection with the sme SIM and laptop so it has to be something the Q9 is sending when it connect.

I tired both wap.cingular and isp.cingular.

Has anyone been able to get Internet Connection sharing to work with the Q9 recently?

Just to be sure nothing has changed I shut down my wifi and am posting this through the Q.

Here is the way I do it and I have never had a problem. Start IntShrUI and press "connect" then plug in usb cable. To shut down reverse the procedure and "disconnect" before pulling the usb cable otherwise it will sometimes lock up.

Thanks TinStar.. I am not sure but it works today! Maybe there were some network issues last week.!
