MPEG4 playback on Tilt

For all u Tilt Owners... Does this phone play back MPEG4 videos..?? Next question, does it play back the audio & video smooth and crisp or does it skip..??
Im debating over this phone and the pantech duo. The duo has me for its dual keypad's and this Tilt phone has me cause of its WiFi abilities which is definitly a back up in case im in an area where 3G is not available.. I know the Duo plays MPEG4 just fine cause ive seen it do so. Now its up to the Tilt..
