Hi guys when trying to use !x_fl@sh! software an error comes out saying kernel not responding bootload failed any ideas??? thank you!!!

never mind.. i know what was the problem
The radio is not running the bootloader. To bootload via MOD pin, the flashing cable should have the switch set to the Flash position. To bootload via Flashstrap, power on the radio with the two softkeys held down and the flashing cable set to the Data position.
