Telus s720: phone says Voicemail, but nothing there

My Home page on my Telus S720 says I have 1 Voicemail, but I've cleared all the voicemail from the system.

Is there a way to reset this counter on the phone?

Leave yourself another voicemail and them go in and then go clear it. Make sure to exit out of voicemail properly and see if that helps.

UPDATE: Had to get 2nd-level tech at Telus to push through a reset of the v-mail counter. All is working well now!
