I recently purchased an unlocked RAZR V3 as a gift for my brother. Can someone recommend and point me towards the best firmware/flex for this device?

what provider are you planning to use it on.
Some providers need branded flex for web sessions to work properly.
the best firmware is R374_G_OE.42.17R and it can be found at www.motox.info
