Does anyone know the exact way to upgrade the P4000 to the new htc touch? I mean to make it work as the real one (same softwaye, today screen... everything)!

yeah goto the sprint store and exchange it for one

If you do some searching you can find the cab install for touchflo, the cube and the today screen
