Can't send or recieve pictures, I have a motorola v325i a verizon phone flashed and being used on cricket. The phone works, txts work, but I can't send or recieve pictures. The store says my only option is to buy a cricket phone but i'm hoping it's simply a software issue. Any information that can be offered will be appreciated. Thanks Kal

If it is a software issue and cricket says they cannot help you. It becomes more then just your phone. Cricket also has to be able to adjust your account to allow for mms sending and receiving, since they will not help.

I suspect they know how to fix it or adjust your account to rreceive and send pictures but they won't to make you buy a cricket phone. CDMA providers are terrible in the sense they will not service phones that were not sold by them.

It's not a software issue. It's a firmware issue. And the problem lies with the MMS configuration of your phone, also the RTT settings. I don't know cricket's settings, so I can't tell you how to do it, just where to find it in PST.
And CDMA providers WILL service phones not sold by them. You just have to activate it on their networks so they can start charging you for it before they'll even consider servicing a phone for you.
