hey guys i have a treo 680 i juts got, and for SMS, i can SEND and the person i sent the sms to recieves it but i can not recieve any message, i have no clue why, can someone please assist why i cant recieve msgs?

What service do you use?. Might have something to do with the problem.

regardless of carrier... make sure your using the latest firmware. Is it the SIM from your old phone that you just popped in?

carrier is still important. ATT or TMO?
