HELP! Ringotone and W580i

I just got a w580i and tried to get ringtones on it, tried the drm packager it always work on my other phones but for some reason it not working with this phone, it still won't allow me to use as a ringtone, any suggestions on how to help. thanks

It's quite possible your provider has added restrictions to the size and length of ringtones like mine (at&t) did.
You might want to consider debranding your phone by viewing this thread
