Alright,

I have tried installing the iPhone theme to my HTC touch (which didn't work, cause I didn't know how to do the whole thing.)

Instead it just screws up my phone, and I'm really pissed off right now. I uninstalled the programs that were required for it for my phone to go back to normal. I still have the htc theme, but everything is just jumbled up.

When I try to access the Internet Explorer program, it loads until it's at 186kb, and a notification error pops up "Cannot execute piscelbrowser.exe"

Just so you know, Piscel Browser was a program that I used so I can have the iPhone theme. It's suppose to be a web browser, but since the theme didn't work, I uninstalled it.

so, can someone help me get my phone back to normal? Please?

Been having so many troubles with these electronic devices, so help is extremely appreciated.

reset the phone... and you should be all good.

well... i would suggest you do a hard reset. However this will revert the phone back to the way when you got it... any contacts you have added will be lost, etc.
