i've tried these steps and can't get crap
Connect Using: Web(email browser)
Protocol: POP3
Incoming server: pop.gmail.com
Incoming port: 995
Encryption: TLS/SSL
Mailbox: My Username
Password: My Password
Outgoing server: smtp.gmail.com
Outgoing port: 465
Email Address: My Email Address
my carrier is centennial if that helps someone help me
