I do know that you have to push it in until it clicks because it comes out just like the memory stick. The thing is I have absolutely no idea where the SIMs card is. I'm not even sure about the batteries either, I'm just scared to pull out the wrong thing. I'm pretty the manual didn't say anything about this or I missed something.

Thank you

The sim card slot is in the battery bay. it clicks in similar to the memory stick

The manual SHOULD tell you where it is. It's always the first pages or so. There's usually a diagram of where the battery door is, how to remove it and the battery, and where the SIM card is inserted.

when you open up the back door and take out the battery .... there should be a label/diagram on the phone where the battery goes and it shows where it goes how in and which way. It should have a pic of a sim with an arrow pointing to the part the sim goes in.

The SIM is not that easy to get out of the phone. Take a pen or something small, and gently press inwards, and the SIM will pop out. To get it back in, do the same, in reverse. Slide it in, then use the pen to gently lock it into place.
