Hey I've got a Razr. It's not the newest one, as I've had it for about a year now. My friend showed me the other night how to send ring tones to each other via the bluetooth. I was just wondering...is there a way to get MP3 songs onto the phone from the computer or MP3 Player? If so, can someone let me know how to do this? Thanks!

yes. The easy way is throught motorola phone tools, it does it for you automatically you need to buy it or google for an older copy and update it.

The other method involves downloading p2kdrivers and then p2k commander. Transfer the songs using p2kcommander to a:\mobile/audio directory, then delete the 2 .bd files and restart the phone.

if you get a bluetooth dongle, it usually comes with OBEX file transfer software. So once you pair the usb bt dongle with the phone, then you can send pics to be used as wallpaper and mp3 files as ringtones. But doing so through bluetooth is slower than using a usb2 data cable.

With the usb2 mini data cable, you can also delete those locked ringtones and other locked files on the phone to relieve space

Depends on the carrier. Verizon Razrs or w385's do not support OBEX file transfers by Bluetooth at all.
