WM6 has my 8525 screwed up. Lockin up and getting blank screens.

Same way you upgraded to WM6 except use the WM5 ROM. I have never experienced this issue with WM6 have you tried hard re-setting the device and see if it behaves? If so install each of your 3rd party applications one by one

I don't really have any third party apps. seems like something is killing the ram. im going to try a hard reset. using ie is killing the phone. texting too. just locks up. I checked nothing is running either. when I slide the screen it takes a minute to catch up. now is there any drawbacks to using a rom like wm6. was the original wm5 on here a rom too

Yeah one more thing. My alarm kept going off as a reminder for the time it was set even though it was enabled. Crazy. I turned it off and every morning it was going off. So doing the hard reset now

WM5 is a ROM as well. which WM6 ROM and where did you obtain it? I am running WM6 on mine with no ill effects.
